Cobras are poisonous snakes that range in color from light/yellowish brown to dark brown. These snakes can grow to be six feet long. They can be found living in Africa, East Indies and the southern part of Asia. It feeds on other snakes, frogs, fish, birds and other small mammals. It injects or spits its prey with venom. When threatened the cobra hisses and expands its neck into what looks like a hood.
